In his video he scrapes in normal standups.. it's insane
Mine was 14 inches wide, but i cut it down to about 10. Pissed i did cause it was more stable when it was 4 inches wider. Now i got to fix it
i got another qusetion for everybody! What's the best width for a bar from top to bottom??? Right now mines almost 2 inches but when i fix the other problem i might go to one that's about 3 to 4 inches from top to bottom?!?!?!? What are everyones opimions on this?

Talk to Crizzlemynizzle.. he's the mackdaddy at making bars :D
THE BAR SHOULD B 14'' WIDE BY 2'' HIGH
USE 2'' C CHANNEL FOR THE CONTACT PLATE AND 1 1/2 C CHANNEL FOR THE FRAME MOUNTING BARS.IF U HAVE A 900RR MOUNT IT UP ON THE UPPER BARS OF THE SUB FRAME.U WILL HAVE 2 NOTCH OUT THE C CHANNEL 2 FIT BETWEEN THE SUB FRAME BARS
Nags - I never get any pics cuz all my friends go to work instead of riding every day so i pretty much ride alone all the time.
Reality - I practice at otsego park in Dix Hills a few times a week, send me a pm if you wanna go some time.
On to the bike,
I ride a 93 katana. Its a steel bike and actually has 4 solid mounting tabs under the tail. They're strong enought to take a 500lb bike slamming the street. Its almost too easy to mount to. I'm big into mechanical engineering, and sometimes metal work so making it isn't a problem. I actually have a few different bars already. I use a section of 4 inch pvc pipe because it doesn't grab the concrete as much as steel does. My tail is bent a little to the right so thats important to me. My first bar was steel and it would throw me off the side of the bike all the time. The next one I built to accomodate replaceable plates where it hits the ground. I've used titanium, pvc, and oak. Ti was cool at night, oak sucked, and I loved the plastic one. The one I have on now has a 8.5 inch roller which is cool for doing 12 tricks but doesnt support the bike when i park it. It rolls too far too, hard to park without an extra hundred feet of flat ground. Oh, and the pvc does wear out, but it lasts a lot longer than you'd expect it to, so i dont really care.

I'll claim those
Those 2 bars that are posted above are the ones that I built. They fit the new Gixxers 600, 750, 1000. Soon to come, 929,900rr, and what ever bike crosses my welder! K-mon.
How thick and what width is the steel you are using and what kinda bolts you using for the mounting points? Thanks for the pictures, those bars look really good.
