Strange crash?

I was out riding today and and I had a stange crash. I was going to do a regular slow 12 wheelie, I clutched it up like normal from about 2mph and The bike went up and then it felt like it just shut off and slammed the front end down, the back tire was locked and I flew over the bars onto the ground. It wasn't from braking too hard, it felt like someone shut the bike off, any one ever had this happen or know what would shut the bike off like this

in first gear at that low of a speed, anything causing the engine to stall out (not enough gas, whatever) is also going to cause the rear wheel to lock up instead of coast to a stop. I'm not really sure how to explain what I mean, but its kind of like when you have to jump start your bike, you do it in second instead of first because first gear will just lock up and skid at a low speed. Make any sense or should I just quit!?

Did you accidently hit the kill switch. I keep mine locked in the On position with safety wire....too many damn close calls from hitting that puppy.

A buddy of mine hit the kill switch on his first high chair, couldn't get his *** off of it before the bike (929) slowed down and he jumped off. One engine case later he still hasn't tried that again, was pretty funny though

If your riding a 1000 it might be the tipover switch. Also what gearing are you? Did you bog it enough to stall it? I used to do that all the time from too much brake. Sucks getting throat chopped by the windshield.

ok, unfortunately all day i was riding slow 12's and one handers...then my camera man, i guess he decided seeing me 12 and stuff was boring so he turned it off when that happened. we have the aftermath of it. i'm editing it right now. it's kinda funny cause i was ripping on the cameraman pretty bad.....that **** always happens, so now i have a rule that i beat them with a stick if they turn it off any other time than when i tell them to turn it off.

exactly. the stupid thing is, they are using MY camera and video taping our team. so....why would they stop filming because "i thought it got boring" it has nothing to do with what you thought, i told you to film the ****ing thing, so you film it. if you don't want to, then i have others that will.

also, another stupid thing is, i usually tell them to film EVERYTHING. and then i ask "what are you going to film" and they say "everything" so they know they aren't suppose to turn it off.

ive gone over the front doin' that too. When i did it, i was parkin it on the bar when i was 1st learning. Well, i hit the brake onto the bar & didn't pull in the clutch. bike BASHES down, knees dent the tank, go over the nose. the force of me going over the nose bum started the bike, my hand was on the throttle (mind you 1/2 my body is over the windscreen) the bike starts up & tosses me off the back of it.

no one taped it.

That happened to me last night trying to practice slow rolls. I clutched up first gear from almost a dead stop and gave it way too much gas and punched the brake a little too hard and I was going slow and the bike stalled and slammed down. I flew forward and hit my chin right on the edge of the windscreen and saw stars. Luckily I was able to pull in the clutch, stop and put down the kickstand before falling off the bike and sitting there for a minute.. lol.
