So I work at Hy-Vee (it's a midwestern grocery store) and today I had to do inventory in the greeting card aisle which also has magazines in it. So I'm doin the whole counting and pricing bit and it's a bitch and I happen to run across two sportbike magazines, Super Streetbike and Motorcyclist. I was so pumped because I didn't think that there would be magazines in this area about stunting. Anyway, on Super Streetbikes cover it mentioned stuntlife. I was so excited about it so when I got off work, I bought both magazines. I'm reading them and low and behold, Dan Jackson has his own article in one of them. I was like, "Hell yeah, I biffed hard core in a parking lot on his fiddy" Then I'm reading more and there is an article that mentions DMExtreme...and it looks like in one of the pictures that CBO is and Dan are having some GREAT fun at Stuntfest. I was so pumped! Anyway, just thought I'd share cuz it was a complete surprise to me that there was a magazine about stunting...I guess it hadn't occured to me before that there would be some out there lol. Silly me

p.s. My roommate just told me that when she worked at a cd store that people would come in asking for mags about stunting and they'd always say that they couldn't find any around this area but they were just checking...or something.

Yeah pimp they even carried the premiere issue with Jackson on the cover, I believe there might be a few copies still floaten around. Miller and Patterson have it I think..............

they were taking pics at xfest for the next issue. they took my pic and asked me for my business card

 

i was stoked to see anything relating to stunting on the shelves im my neck of the woods.
it was awesome to see stuntlife on the cover though..i was a member of this sie for almost a year and then seeing it on the cover of mags made me feel special.
