give me like 30 minutes and i'll have one sick *** highway wheelie of CBRorange (ryan) doing one this past weekend...50mph forever...it was awsome.

i love highway, but only like 60mph, i don't like the super fast ones that keep accelerating, the ones that are stuck controlled at like 60mph are pimp.

don't get me wrong, I like long wheelies.. just not on the freeway.. if you can do a 100mile wheelie at 25mph, then that's pimp ****.. at 80mph, it's a different ballgame..
You must be pretty new at this- back in the day no one did wheelies under 50 mph, you were judged by how far you could go on the highway and what combos you pulled off during the wheelie. No body even knew what the back brake was till 3 years ago.

jbeavers and cbrorange on the highway. it's sick and 10 meg.

ryan's wheelie beside the truck, we had cruise on at 55 so he was doing all the speeding up and slowing down you see...he's a pimp with brake control.

actually, I've been riding ~3 years now.. and I remember seeing the wheelie boys vids.. and yes I do remember when people started doing 'slow wheelies' and even when they started putting scrape bars on.. but what's your point with this ???

as far as 'back in the day' how far back are you going ? 5 years ? 10 years ? 25 years ?

and people were doing 'slow wheelies' on dirtbikes for years (yes USING the rear brake ) before anyone could even DO a wheelie on a road/streetbike.. because I remember seeing someone do them at the California state fair in 1986'

well here's how to explain it to the cops. "Well officer I was having trouble see over the traffic, and that's not safe...so I figured if I sat on the tank then stood the bike on end we'd we getting somewhere"

I may have heard someone use that line before. wasn't me...high chairs are scary!!!!!!

You guys and your gearing!

3rd gear wheelies = 125mph! Now pulling that **** for 3-5 miles... that's some pimp **** there!

I love my stock gear. I can pick it up in 2nd, slow it down and rock 50mph all day, lean forward and take it up to 110mph... gotta love it.

I'm glad y'all like long e-way wheelies, because that's pretty much the only thing I have on lock!

defiance, long live freeway wheelies. If you can do them, you love em. I love em
They are not part of the professional sport but will always be underground.

Man I wish I had picks of our ride last Saturday. I was probably the 3rd to last out of the parkinglot where we met. We banged a U-turn, I look over my shoulder, no cops, I turn around and about 10 bikes are standing it up....so I had to add one more to the mix.

Just wait till the video comes out! The absolute most fun I have ever had in the rain! I'll keep everyone posted on when the video gets released. Should have the Streetfighterz, STLShockers, PureBred,PsychoBoyz, and Starboyz. It'll be sick!
