yoshimira full exhaust for stuntin???

ok heres my situation.....i got a full yoshimira exhaust system for my gsxr750 when i bought the bike. im hearin from different riders that i should take it off cuz im losin a lot of bottom end for wheelies and i should put a stock exhaust on....cuz i cant even open throttle it in 2nd(seat down wheelies) and pop it up and i got 1 down in the front and 4 up in the back....

soooooo should i just sell the damn thang and go wit the stock exhaust????? am i really losin that much power???

hell, w/ that gearing and that exhaust the bike should come up in 4th gear easy enough. I had the same system for a while and just noticed an increase everywhere. I was 1 down 2 up and 4th was doable for a while. it was a bounce but doable. you should have no probs clutching, rolling, bouncing 2nd. I always thought you had to pop it too....works on a dirt bike....but a street bike needs more love. you have to hold the clutch...rev it real high then rip on it even harder while you're finnessing the clutch out. that's the best way I can verbalize it. just spend some time...you'll get it.

**** That.........I have same bike, same system and I love it. What do you mean you can't open the throttle in second. It should come up without the clutch in second. I have almost the exact same gearing also and I love it. Great for fast **** still ok for slow. You needs to get your carbs in tune. The last guy probably bought a yosh and a K&N, through it on and never touched the carbs. They need to be dialed in. That bike with that setup is ****ing great. Just get it tuned in and spend more time with it. Good Luck Let us know what you decide to do.... Also remember that the stock system is about 15 to 20 lbs. HEAVIER...............

holy **** .... all I ride are 750s .... if you know how to rock that bike, then it dont matter whether you got an exhaust or not. AND especially if you got that gearing ... that's ridiculous. That **** should come up all day long. I can clutch my **** in 4th and it's BONE stock .... trust me ... keep practicing without the gears man ... unless you wanna 12

bro rock whatevers on there! the 5-7 hp isnt going to make that big of a deal. (just use more clutch) plus your going to wreck if your going to stunt. so i'm almost sure youll be replacing that exhaust sometime or another!
