Man killed while performing motorcycle stunt to impress girl


A motorcyclist is dead after losing control of his
bike and crashing into a Hollwood Video store in SW
Houston.
ABC13 Eyewitness News
(2/28/03) — A young man was killed in a motorcycle
accident in southwest Houston. Police say he was doing
a stunt to impress a girl.
The 23-year-old man was doing a wheelie on his
motorcycle when he lost control and crashed into the
Hollywood Video store on Fondren and Westheimer.

The man was wearing a helmet, but still suffered major
neck injures. He died at Southwest Memorial Hospital.
