Handbrake stiff as hell

Hey guys I just put a 07 zx6r master cylinder hand brake on my f4i with a second f4i rear caliper. It's super stiff & I can't lock it up with one finger & was wondering if there's anything I can do to help or do I just got to get used to it? Any help is appreciated.

The master cylinder is about 17,5mm bore so it will be very stiff if you have a one piston caliper for the handbrake. Its even kinda stiff on a four piston caliper, but i'm used to it

So either get used to it or if you want the handbrake softer get a four piston caliper for it or get a smaller master cylinder
