RSC Color Change?

Any suggestions on the best method to change the color of an RSC clutch lever? Plasti dip? Paint? Powder?

mmmmm dat plastidip though. DIY, cheap, and changing colors on the fly has it's advantages. Just might not be an as professional looking finish.
