Well I'm having a bit of a problem and can't seem to get it right, I have a Magura 13mm (195 I think) master with a 4 piston tokico radial caliper. It keeps locking up on me after 10-15 mins of riding in the lot, and it's super hot 200+ on the temp gun and the rear wheel is locked (cant even move it) So I think the caliper is fu**ed up and I change it with one off a buddy's bike that I know works and same thing happens 😡 now I'm getting pissed!! Now im useing my buddys spair master and it is mint. Anyone ever have this happen to them I don't know what to do, should I try getting a rebuild kit from Magura and try it or am I just wasting my time. Hope someone can help me out...

Calipers pots are dirty and need to be cleaned or rebuilt......

 

Cleaned them out really good and its on the other master now working mint
