f4i with busa forks?

f4i with busa forks?

So im havin a problem with my f4i front end ...to make a long story short one of my boys has a 07busa he is parting out..i know ive herd of ppl putting all types of 1000 front ends on them but neva knew if the busa front end would work..i know the tire size is the same...anybody know if it will work..

See if he'll let you measure the Busa forks and make sure they match your forks. Measure in millimeters (mm). If they are the same it should work but even a little off and it won't. If they are tapered forks....yours or his, make sure they are tapered in the same spots so mounting won't be a problem if you're trying to use the same triple tree.

there is no way you can use a stock f4i triple with busa forks... most of the f4i fork conversions use the 954 triples or some other honda 50mm triple tree setup, not sure if it will work but test it out and let us know

Yea good call...the Busa forks are most likely way bigger than the F4I triple.

You will need the whole Front end (Trees,Forks,Wheels,Brakes etc... )
... and then you will have to figure you which bearing you will need in the neck...

Yes it will he could use the stem from a 954 tripple put it in the busa lower tripple.....

Its hasva 954 front end on it now so it the busa forks are the dsame millimeter it should work...im gonna do some measuring
