anyone kno how to find out what the last titled owner on a bike is....i kno the guy i bought it from dint have a title.....not sure about the guy before him...but need to find the name thats on the legit title.....how do u do that

well not sure about in moscow lol but here in the us you just go to the dmv and do a title search takes about 5 mins (after 3 hrs of waiting of course lol) then to get a title you just file a mechanics lien on the bike against the previous owner for however much you bought it for
