If anyone knows the length of the stock f4i forks it would be greatly appreciated. And how much sticks above the top tripple for the clip ons. Thanks!

 

they are about 30 1/4 inches long.....what front end are you trying to run?

 

well i have a 97 gsxr600 front end on it right now, not by choice its just all i had to work with, and been runnin dirt bars on it for a while but just bent em. now that gxr front originaly had clips under the tripple and i was thinkin about tryin to lower the front and run the clips on top the tripple but dont wanna throw off the rake n trail of the bike to bad. the forks im using right now are 30in and i got em flush with the top of the tripple. i bet its off the way i got it set up cus i cant roll a stoppie for **** on it, i can roll em real good on my 636 so its got me thinkin.

 

by the way, twitch101 u are the man! iv been tryin to find out the length forever on many sites n nobody knew or just wouldnt tell me... but hell yeah man u rock!

 

haha Sweet....yea they are pretty long....only through searching for months online have I been able to come up with that info....only forks I know of that are long enough are the gixxer 600/750 forks and the rc51....both are rediculous expensive.
