636 crack frame

636 crack frame

so mi frame is cracked i weld it yesterday it crack again now im planning to plate it can someone send me some pics of how yours are plated please i wanna know how to do it. It is crack right before the front upper motor mounts thanks oh its 06 kawi 636

just spend the grand and get that pimp half frame replacement that will never break more than most likely. Somebody should be along with the link sooner or later. Theres a vid of them doin it to dudes frame that got the half pimpness for his joint.


If i had a 636 id get me one fo sho

he's right, thats the best way to spend your money, cut your frame in half and fuse it to steel.

guys did you check my location im in jamaica cant just run to the shop and buy that half frame lol plus the money its gonna cost me to get that in jamaica i could buy 6 stock frames so i have to plate it any pics please

hahah, use your imagination. just weld that bastard up tight and keep the welder handy. once you brace one part, another will go.

if you can get your hands on another frame id see that as a more logical solution, but to each their own.

i agree, once you crack the frame no matter how well you weld it, its always going to crack again. so save yourself time and money and get yourself another frame.
