So just got back from a test drive with my new RSC. Problem. The headless screw with the nut vibrates all to hell. The screw goes in ignitiating my clutch and the nut vibrated off, good thing he sent a spair. Anyways, anybody else have this problem or am i doing somthing wrong? I was thinking about locktight but I probably will be tampering with it in the near future.

 

maybe just snug it down a little tighter

 

I had it so that the screw pushed the lever out maybe an 1/8th. OHHH. I simply used my fingers to place the screw then I screwed the nut on. I'll try using the nut to place the screw.

typical/common mistake..you MUST snug it with a wrench BEFORE riding...
