ok so i just picked up a 03-04 r6 with 5000km and i am starting to set it up to stunt. the parts i already have got are the stunt works cage, omr sub frame cage, abm dirt bar convertion, and dual fan mod. i am just wondering what 12 or round bar should i go with and what is a good rear hand brake set up. i already have a good hand master. also wound like to know if there is any clutch mods that will make it a easier pull. i have crg levers on it right now.
any help or advice will be great!

rsc lever, hohey all the way...round or 12 bar from a-town or c4

 

Before you put a 12 or round bar on your r6, BUY A SUBFRAME, from Atown customs or Sick inovations.

I have had my since 2005, and i have broke 8 or 9 stock subframes. Now that i have the Sick Innovations steel subframe i dont even worry about it.

Also i made my own 12 bar, and Full Throttle makes a 4 piston caliper adapter too.

r6s need to be beefed up or they get destroyed....

 

i am on a budget and i got the cage for free brand new so i will just run that for a bit! i put longer sliders on it since this pic for more protection! i am also waiting on some fat bars! i think i am just going to go with the full throttle 4 piston adapter and super duty adapter for the hand brake. i am going to order the a-town 12 bar. and hopefully soon i can order there subframe. i just got a second tank so i am going to pound one of them down tonight!

 

that cage will trash your lower. the bottom bends and bottoms out when coming down on a wheelie or stoppie

 

Anyone running a dual radiator fan setup on these R6s?

 

dcp makes a rad cage set up for the dual fan mod if that is what you are wanting to know.

 

it has big beefy supports on the lowers that came with the cage so they can't bend or bottem out.

i have the dual fan mod on my bike. were do you find the rad cage that fits?

damn it man! my bike is a 03-04 i don't the the 05 red cage will fit!

 

I bet you 20 bucks and your lowers it will

 

also I made a bracket to make a dual fan cuz I broke my 05 rad becuase no one makes a rad cage and they seem to get destroyed alot. been through 3 in the last 4 months

i thought i said that already. i think the 05 is offered because of the dual fan set up. if you check i think it will work with a big hammer.

check with them though. i think it will work.

it should. there the exact same rad with a few diff mounting holes for the diff fans
