Larger Stunters?
Larger Stunters?
I've been watching videos downloading and youtubing like a mad man for the past few days learning more and more about the stunting community and doing research for myself to get my 1st bike and to start stunting. I haven't seen a larger rider doing stunting so far after searching the forums searching google everything I just can't seem to find any information about it. I'm a big guy I'm 6'3 310lbs (not all fat mind you). I was wondering if anyone can give me some in site if my size will be an issue with some stunts and what problems there might be like standing on the bike and doing the wheelies where your legs are in the air open like a V sitting on the tank do you sit comfortable or do you use all your arm muscle to hold your self up there? Let me know so I can understand what my limitations might be when I do start learning to stunt any information will be greatly appreciated thanks.
Re: Larger Stunters?
Theres gonna be certain stunts that are easier, and some that arn't. Obviously doing a highchair is going to be pretty difficult. But doing a seat stander should be much easier. Jumpin from a SS to the tank and such would probably throw around the bike alot more then most people.
My roomate was 210 and never had a problem though. Another couple friends are 230 and don't have problems.

Re: Larger Stunters?
Oh very nice I just wasn't sure if it would stop me from doing what I wanted to. I have a huge passion for bikes and the stunts people do on them I'd just be highly disappointed if I couldn't do them.
Re: Larger Stunters?
there you go chris , both chino and fatboystuntz kill it and as far as spreaders if you have a good dent and good grip on your tank it will take alot of the stress off your arms ..
another thing to consider is your rearsets and passenger peg brackets , the stocker break pretty easy , a good set of billet aluminum rearsets from ho hey and an omr subcage should take care of that problem

Re: Larger Stunters?
LOLOLOLOLOL omg you made me laugh hard. What does being fat have anything to do with hurting when you fall I'm sure it's the same amount of pain for everyone. Unless you have Hereditary Sensory Autonomic Neuropathy or HSAN for short
Re: Larger Stunters?

little guys bounce , big guys brake bones ..serious Re: Larger Stunters?
seen a big guy slide off the trunk of a pretty low car and he put his arm out and broke both the big bones in his arm , i wouldnt even had sprained my wrist from the same exact fall
