temp has to get high enough for it to come on i think its 214. or just hard wire the fan

 

yeah just hard wire the fan to the battery your gonna have to wire a switch into it that your gonna have to remember to turn on when slow wheelieing or just sitting that has happened to my bike my fan just stopped working so i wired it to the battery with a switch an it works great just let the bike warm up and then hit the switch an never have to worry about spewing anifreeze again

 

hey so i wired my fan to come on when u turn the key and it still run way to hot. if im in the lot it get up to 245 then it starts flashing hi temp how can i cool it down. it only gotten up to 110 deg so far this summer and i can only take it out at night when it cool out side thx for any help

 

Like have mention please do so and personal me a key has to be required to start your motor bike, please personal on replacement can be provided by dealer ships. Also please use a key.

 

defo hard wire it, just on the left of the rad fan you will see the switch/sender, i just wired a toggle switch in to the two wires and mounted the switch on my clip on, 5 min job and you can switch ur fan on and off when u want plus it will still work normally too..

is the fan running??? just have to ask cuz if your not looking to make sure its on then that could be the problem, ive done it before . if its not bad how banged up is your radiator, and your thermo might be bad. my buddy goes through the samething but the temps here hasnt reached more then 80 here. if he doesnt do burn outs it lasts a little longer.
