I do not personally tell anyone how to conduct their private or public business, but from a personal standpoint, you sirs, are clearly under violation. Our Declaration of Independence clearly states that; "all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness".
