if it does it again ill be sure to check the fuel pump but it hasnt done it since im gonna get it on the interstate 2day and top it out see what she does ill let ya know

 

yea its still doin it ima look for me a fuel pump 2day and change it out and the filter and see if that helps neone got a fuel pump for 04-05 gsxr 600/750 lol

lol i had no clue what it was i just knew it was actin funny ever since i took the hid out and when i put a new one in a few weeks later it stopped lol thats y i didnt mention it sounded stupid as f*ck.....and skillz how would i check the sec butterfly servo motor?

when my butterflys got all fucked up and the bike ran like **** it threw a code and you can here it when you turn the key on.

 

ive posted this a couple times in other threads but this is what i dealt with



hey man im not saying that yours is the same problem but mine broke too started throwing an FI code. if you take that piece apart there are 4 prongs that connect into a chip and the solder breaks by seperating on them. i have taken it apart twice now to fix two prongs that the solder seperated. just re solder them together and put it back together just be careful cuz you can break the plastic housing real easy (i have silicon sealing mine now lol). the dealers only sell the rails in complete sets so you cant just buy the box. hope this helps. fixed mine just make sure when you turn the key that the butterflys are in the right place to open and close on startup so the gear kog on the inside doesnt skip.

 

i know a guy w/ a 05 600 motor for parts if you need any...lmk

 

thats the thing mine isnt throwin ne codes at all i guess im gonna start with the fuel pump and see what that does i found one for bout $50 but ill let ya know
