More than likely they had the traction control system on to help with a better launch to minimize wheel spin, When the traction control is on (even in 'slick' mode) the computer measures wheel spin and reduces the amount of power to the rear wheel when it reads the front wheel slowing down. Hence the gay *** wheelie. Thankfully, you can turn the system completely off and kill it on the BMW (like teach). 193 raw horsepower on a stunt bike...scary thought.
