Re: you say **** the police i say no
Dude where the hell is this? I've been kicked out of just about every ******* place I can find in NRH and Hurst, haven't been over to Euless to look. *** holes kicked me out of the NRH20 parking lot and talked about giving me and a buddy loitering tickets. I need to find a spot closer to home thats more concealed. All the good lots around here are out in the open causing all the old people to call and bitch.
Re: you say **** the police i say no
the cop seemed pretty legit becuase we were at our other lot and some one called them out and he said i dont care if yall ride you just have to shut it done for now becuase ur bikes are causeing a noice complant
at the new lot theres no houses around and theres many places to run and hide from them so

Re: you say **** the police i say no
depends on the state, In NH, it's only reckless operation if you're on a public way. A Public way is any drive or parking lot of a business open to the public. Once that business is closed for the day/weekend or out of buisiness, it is then considered private property and thus, traffic laws do not apply. Furthermore unless the property is posted no trespassing you can use the property with out permission. But once the property owner or a property representative tell you to leave, you must. If you had a ball busting cop in NH that followed the law to the T, you could actually him to **** off, because HE doesn't work for the property and unless they got a call, HE can't tell you to leave.

No matter what the law is, it still won't stop certain cops from giving you a hard time.
And no trespassing sign or not, that still doesn't mean a cop wont arrest you or ticket you for trespassing. Me and about 20 other riders got trespassing tickets and all had to went to court.
Sure $50 to a lawyer, $26 court fines, charges droped. Still had to waste $76 and spend a morning in court!

And your state sounds easy. So you could go to any parking lot once the business is shut down for the day and stunt as long as the business owner/rep doesn't kick you out or post no trespassing signs? That would be nice. That's not how it is here, cops will still give you tickets if they feel like it..
Also a wreckless ticket isn't good news, at least not around here.. Points on the license, big fines, and quick way to raise insurance rates! That's one ticket I don't want, I'll take a trespassing ticket, or any non-point ticket anyday over a point ticket
