ive talked to him on the phone i sold him a radiator for his fixxer....seemed kinda slow i said i cut him a deal for 40 bucks and then he asked me what the deal was i was like uhhhhhhhh....thats it.... he says " o okat that works thanks man" but i wouldnt say retarded but maybe just a little behind/slow but all around cool dude.
