Re: what you think about the cage?

Subcage looks sweet but it would be much better if it had foldable pegs because at aleast then if you break a peg you just need to replace the peg instead of a whole new subcage . Have you got a ballpark figure for it?

Re: what you think about the cage?

I'll stick with OMR subcages. Non folding pegs destroy subframes and I don't want to get stabbed by the peg if I flip a stoppie.

Re: what you think about the cage?

id wrather break my subframe than run folding pegs. lol. thats just me. Cuz if i break my subframe i can weld it. If i stall combo thru the air and try to land on a peg that isnt there. My season is probably over.

If you fall from peg height to ground how far is that ?? Whats worse ?? I would rather miss a peg jump rather then have a sub-frame peg give-way and put my foot in the wheel-sprocket

Is a subframe peg going to give way if it is a solid mount? Miss a peg and your foot goes in the wheel or gets caught in the sprocket..... No thanks. I have had a solid mount on my 636 and no bent subframe. It actually keeps the stock rear sets from hitting with full pegs

i have seen krazy kyle, tigroo, razor and many others jump around like monkeys with an omr folding peg subcage and i stall and combo no problems at all ...

i have also seen a brand name solid peg subcage destroy itself and the subframe on a slow twelve gone bad , it was brand new that day so the guy spent 200 bucks just to destroy his brand new subcage and his subframe ...

not to mention how many times i have seen solid pegs come loose so the peg spins when you stand on it and your foot rolls right off the peg ...

just sayin

this is an f4i subframe with the mounting tab ripped right off from a solid peg subcage

i like to fold my pegs up when im doing stoppies just incase , cant do that with a solid peg

and if you have ever caught the back of you leg on a solid peg you would understand the advantage of folding pegs ..

people make solid peg subcages because they are easier and cheaper to make not because they are better , in my opinion solid peg subcages do more harm then good..
