Shift racing Kicker shoe

I came across the new Shift Racing Kicker shoe it has the look of a skate shoe with some street functions. Anyone have any experience with these?

Re: Shift racing Kicker shoe

i've worn them a few times and honestly i didn't think i would like them much, but i've been impressed.

obviously the looks are tight, but the protection and the feel is what is most impressive. a little better feel imo than the fuel shoe and it feels like a sneaker with very good ankle support.

if you've ever played basketball, that's what they feel like but the ankle protection is made for crashing a streetbike.

gonna be the new hotness in 2010!

i used to wear sneakers, but just recently i bought the shift fuel shoe ,took a while to get used to because sneaker soles are much thinner more brake feel these boots have much harder sole less brake feel,

Re: Shift racing Kicker shoe

Yes the look of kicker shoes are tight not sure what style i like more the all black or black and white, decisions decisions. Hows the comfort level with these shoes? As i work outside at my job and i must walk a couple miles a day. I was also looking at the icon super duty 3's as well. They have more of a standard boot look which was what i was looking for. http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...y-3-Boots&C=15

Any one have experience with the super duty 3's as well?

the kicker shoe has better feel than the fuel shoe...

JJ over at stuntride has been wearing 'em for a bit, walking around and riding...great place to get an opinion.

like i said, i didnt think i was gonna like them, but the feel and the fit is great.

Re: Shift racing Kicker shoe

i use the regular icon super duty, a little bulky but after crushing my foot between the cage and pavement I don't mind. If I had sneakers they probably still be removing pins and screws. Came away with a bunch of little bone chips and broke the little toe.

Re: Shift racing Kicker shoe

There's a review on streetbiketrackgear.com. They do some good reviews if you havn't herd of them before. I find that the video helps when looking for some new gear. Here's the review for the kickers http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7Z0Q0hJht8
The all black ones are tight.

These look awesome. Looks like some ballin *** high tops but nice protection. I'd rock a pair to ride and just to chill
