I come up with this idea 2day, i have a 03 600rr and nobody makes a dual caliper bracket that uses a 4 pistion caliper so this is what im gna do, im gna buy a ho-hey bracket that uses the two stock calipers and where the hand brake caliper goes im gna bolt up the full throttle inc single 4 pistion bracket so that way i have a stock rear on the foot brake and a 4 pistion on my hand brake. What do u guys think about my idea?

 

Sooo your sayin your gonna buy 2 seperate brackets?It would cost less to have a local welder/fabricator make one that works for what you want.I Think it's an expensive, horrible idea.

 

buy a fti bracket n a 05 swingarm. stop trying to reinvent the wheel

 

the 05 wheel adj is also superior

 

hohey does make a bracket that takes adapters for different calipers

 

the fti single 4 piston plate is designed to bolt to the factory bracket so i doubt it will work bolting it to the hohey

 

or do what i did on my 636 get some steel and get creative its not pretty but it took 2 hours to get right and i had the steel kckin around my shop

 

this was the first one i made i made a few more using a honda 4 piston for the hb but you get the idea it takes some grinding and trial and error but for me i`de rather take a few hours and make somethin than buy a bracket for almost a deuce
