01 F4i manual says 15.5 ounces,I just changed my seals and put in 16 ounces of 20wt oil in each.I kinda thought 15-16 ounces was almost like a standard for most sportbikes.You should be able to change the oil in both forks with 1 bottle of fork oil (32ounces)
