has anybody relocated theirs on an 07 gixxer? i wanna see where some of you guys have yours relocated

 

i wanna relocate mine too but after i got this acerbis light on, i dont wanna **** with the front end anytime soon, pain in my *** but i would imagine if its the same as the 08 you need some fancy *** star bit thing and just torque that bitch off and get it removed from the tripple and then just put it anywhere as long as the wire length allows


btw do you run full fairings or no? if not i wanna know what you did with that ugly *** coolant resevoir

and as a safety thing i just did because im bored if you ever bypass the kickstand switch you can run the wires up under the seat and hook them to a switch, if its in the on posistion can be put into gear and driven, if not, itll cut off when put in gear, pretty nifty

 

Yeah, it sticks out and looks like ****. You can use a polished metal hand soap dispenser that you get at target or walmart. Or use your imagination and put something funny on there.

yea theres 2 tamper proof torx bolts that hold it in place and you can always lengthen the wires. i run ff now but i use to rock it sf. i sprayed the coolant resevoir black and flipped it around backwards. looked fine too. i was happy with it at least.


ive got it hooked up now but im not sure if i want to keep it there. we'll see.
