I only weight 160 lbs too....I havent installed mine yet but I just got a set for a 03/04 build....And my friend had a problem with his 07 forks, they were bottoming out on stoppies and blowing seals. So I was just checking cause this bike is being sent to Jamaica and I dont want to have to mess with **** like that out there...

Any idea what your settings are?

Re: 07/08 ZX6R forks bottoming?

I'm weighing in at about 220, i put all the settings hard as they go. After some wheelies on a sandbar had the seals replaced and went with heavier oil and around an ounce extra. Shop did them and didn't put enough in only like 14 oz, didn't know how much to put in, 17.1 oz. so they added the rest, then I added more 20 weight, doesn't seem to bottom out maybe only after a really hard mouse trap but its not often.
