why not? if you cant do them without a handbrake you would ask that question, but still could have one, you dont have to have one though, if thats where your question was goin?
saw a post somewhere where someone was wanting to put db bars on one and looks like same bike.

in korea and area like that they have midsize bikes, Smaller than big bikes but bigger than pocket bikes, that arent available to the rest of the world. Ive seen a few pics of those guys stuntin em.
