2007 R6s help please

Hey looking for a little help hope someone on here has some answers for me , I took the fuel cell out of an 2007 R6s this little piece attached on the side was off before I removed it so the cell wouldn’t come out clean , ended up pulling out one of the wires. My question is what are the dangers of just resoldering it back together and putting it back on im just a little worried because all this **** is submerged in gas HELP PLEASE I don’t want to buy a whole new fuel cell just for this but I also don’t want to blow up Lol. Thanks for all the help

Umm no biggie either buy new ends and crimp them back on, or resoder(sp) it and they wont come apart again...but the length of the wires nees to be a certain length so watch how far you cut back if you do...but I would just get some new ends from homDepo and crimp them on and call it a day....

the ends just need a little crimp at the end and they will fit a bit more snug...

Re: 2007 R6s help please

Its exposed to begin with i have had mine apart so many times i've lost count just solder it back together so its the correct length and pop it back in. It will be all good. Not enough of a signal to cause a spark even if both wires where totally exposed and you hit the starter. No woorries just hook it up and ride no need to buy anything....
