2010 R6r C4-revolutions new build

It is time for a new bike So as a yamaha rider what ells would it be but the new 2010 Yamaha R6r.

The new bike it taking longer then I want but that is because we are making parts everyday to keep up with the demand for Xmas. There will be a lot of sales going on through the holidays.

This is what has been done to the bike so fare.

Sharkskinz racing bodywork that we have molded the windscreen over.(pics)
Brembo 16x18 hand brake on the bike
Moose clutch but wouldnt mind the RSC to try out.
Ohlins damper on the way
stare rotors for that extra stopping power.
Hohey Big Rotor brake kit when I get ready to start riding it.
FI cage that fits like a glove.
Vortex and woodcraft clip ons dont know what will fit best yet with the triple.
C4-revolutions subframe In the works (pics)
C4-revolutions Subcage after subframe
C4-revolutions Upper stunt stay after subcage
C4-revolutions round bar bent ready to mount
C4-revolutions Rear sets New race style almost done
C4-revolutions upper and lower triple tree almost done
C4-revolutions idle screw adjuster Because it didnt have one about there (pics)

I will put pics up as the build go's on. But it is a side project so may take some time but thought you all might want to see what we have been up to.

Here are some pics to start off with. More soon Tell me what you think so far.

It may help this idle adjuster will set the fuel air mix to the computer so it will think it is turning higher RPM's. So the bike should not bog out on idle. you can do this threw the computer but that is a pain and this idle box just bolts on without even takin the gas tank off

Now it is just the prototype. We will have the selling modal out by the first of the year and it will be all stainless and in a aluminum box. This should help Stunters,Racers, and street riders adjust there fuel air mix like a power comander but at half the cost

awesome the bikes so fun to ride but that was ONE of the major issues with stunting it...you are also addressing all the other problems, there are tons of stuff for r6s but limited for the r's ....which sucks because Bill D murders on it and is Jesse toller use it for stoppies? either way thats gonna be a sick bike

Your right the only way to set the idle up or down is this little set screw on the back side of the throttle bodies. This means you have to remove your gas tank and air box and throttle bodies and set the idle blined. Then hope its where you want it and put the bike back together just to fined out its not where you want it.

The new C4 idle box is a plug and play just put your throttle cabals into it and that is it. You will have all the adjustment you want and never take the gas tank off the bike.

I will put pics up soon of the progress of the bike and this idle box. Right now my bike and Bill D is getting one then we will test them and only then they will go out for sale. Got to do things the right way right.
Thanks
