F4i Boggin

I have a 2003 F4i; When i roll idle at 12, then i bring it down and try again to bring it up at 12.. the bike bogs down and doesn't want to go back up.

I read the forum for a solution and tried the AirMod; So i went out and practiced today and same **** happened again.

any idea whats going on?
