Impaktech Customer Service

Hey everyone, just thought I'd drop a line to let everyone know just how great impaktechs customer service is. When I was getting ready to order my cage they were super helpful and super fast.... But that is only the beginning. I had a slight issue with my cage dragging and sent them a message about sending my cage to get modified a little. Instead of making me go through that they're making me a new cage to swap to remedy the issue. That's absolutely awesome and I never would have expected it! Not to mention they have the fastest responses to messages I've ever seen. I'm super pleased with the cage and this just sweetens the deal. Now I just have to wait for the other. If you ever had a doubt about this company you can let it go! This is the type of company the industry needs more of!

Re: Impaktech Customer Service

Yea he's a cool guy. Took care of me no sweat.

His designs are awesome, like on the f4i with the angle of the downrube and the stepped sliders the bike almost lays itself down when it falls. its pretty cool. Not so much with the hard pancaking!!

Again his response time is mindblowing. I'm currently still waiting on parts from another distributor on this site who has a really good name but it's been 3 weeks and I havent heard anything or had an email back in over a week..... bad form. They need to take a lesson from Son

Re: Impaktech Customer Service

Have to agree they are great about replying and have some nice products. I really wanted (along with a few others it seems) their Reinforced Roundbar for the 08-09 gsxr600. The 06-07's looked pimp with the blinker lights still in (wanted to turn them to brake lights). It seems they are unable to do this though bc of some issues they ran into. Oh, well maybe I can find a light company that can hook something up to work in the blinker holes that will fit. Even though the design didnt come out how I'd of liked they were always quick to reply to my questions even though they were still in the process of designing it.

Yea I've gotten pitched off trying to learn ss circles and had like the slow motion NOOOOOOOO as it fell and it just laid down super gently. Excellent stuff.

Not sure on his myspace, did it to me too. I've just been using my phone and it doesn't do it.

Atown it's absolutely not you, lol. But if it keeps rollin like ti does, do you make f4i fairing stays?

Just get a led bar and use it for your tail light and keep your turnsignals!

I have a stock 1 if you end up needing another and don't get an aftermarket.
