I started learning to ride a wheelie in 26 deg. temps.

Seriously though, for improving strength, flexibility, agility and overall reflex toning, martial arts are great. Pretty much any martial art will give you a better center of gravity and refine your ability to develop muscle memory.

Re: cross training in the winter

I just ride all winter. Hell I like riding in the cold better then the heat.. Can suit up and be warm, can't do nothing to cool off in the summer!
Anyways, once I've rode about 10-15 minutes, in 30f weather, I'm already warm as hell and taking off layers
Did someone order snow?

Don't wanna end up like quagemire

Re: cross training in the winter

All I have it a bike and I ride year round, so why wouldn't I stunt in the winter too? Only thing I'm worried about is trying to do stoppies on cold pavement lol Just think of it as more time to improve while the fair weather fairies are waiting on summer to roll back around.

+1

I have been out street riding the last 2 days..

30 degree days during the winter feel like 60 during the summer!
