alright guys, need some help. I was riding near bmore lastweekend and pulled up a ss on a semi-back road. cop was in opposite lane as i passed him so i put it down and turned onto the next road possible to try to avoid him. i get to a stop sign abot a mile down the road and i look over my shoulder and no cop in sight. i continue down the road hauling *** like 75 or so not even paying attention to the speed limit like usuall. lol. next thing i kno the cop is on my *** but he doesnt have his lights on so i continue to drive but now im at the speed limit. well hes still like 1 foot away from my tail so i pull over into a church parking lot to let him by, but he gets out ordering me on the ground, and i follow every single one of his instructions. im sprawled out on the ground while he searches my pockets for my wallet. while im still on the ground AFTER he searches me the dick head kicks over my bike. he continues to get attitude and throws my helmet accros the lot. while im still on the ground. he does his thing and comes back with 3 tickets. 1: cant see my tag. 2: 75mph in a 55. those are all legit and im fine with those. then he slaps down a 3rd ticket....103 in a 40!!!!! its 580 dollars. i am furious because i kno i was not going no damn 103 on my crunchy stunt unit. i try to explain to the officer in a nice manner that i am possitive i didnt do that fast. Now, if have a 65 tooth sprocket on my bike and a stock front sprocket, is it possible to go that fast? i triede expaining this to the officer but he didnt wanna hear any of it. can i prove this in any way in court??? i ride a 07 r6s. which is 03-05 r6. can someone plz help me out here. thanks! and FTP

With a 60tooth rear on an F4i will go 110 or a little bit faster.

 

My advice to you is one of 2 things.

Either learn how to run from the cops, or don't **** around on the street.

 

That is a good point and i think the same thing. but id rather have a reckless then a bogus ticket for something i didnt do! i ran at first but not when he was behind me, like i said i was crusing at the speed limit when i saw him behind me.

ive got popped for evading before and let me tell you, i spent A LOT more than that on just my lawyer to keep them from throwing me in the state jail for a year

-1 +3 is about equivalent to +6 isn't it? i haven't tried to push it that hard since i geared it, im at 8,000 in 6th going about 80

 

-1 up front = +2.75 in the rear...

theres something else goin on with your bike if your only doin 80mph @ 8k in 6th

 

Dunno how much a reckless is but this **** was $$$ Never had a reckless before.
