2001 gixxer 600 idle adjusting control??????

2001 gixxer 600 idle adjusting control??????
i have a 2001 gixxer 600..is there anyway i can adjust the idle without lifting up the tank????? it doesnt have a twist screw extension like the newer ones do!!!! i'm clueless. please help me!!!

Get a idle adjuster cable from any bike, lift your tank and unscrew the stock adjuster and replace it with the cable...Done you now have a idle adjust cable, route it so you can reach it....

oh okay....that makes sense....thanks bro for the help!!! i wonder if and cable from any bike would work.....?
