got em yesterday....these things are great...u could run a marathon n these things n not know there on....

 

I'm runnin a pair of cheap *** knee n shin guards,got em from magics for like 11 dollars,if you guys have problems with them slipping down your leg,all ya gotta do is wear a lil longer sock that you can pull over top of the bottom part of the shin guard where the bottom strap is,my **** don't slide down no mo.try it,it works great.

what about elbows?

 

I have the Icon elbow and knee. They both slide, but when I've wrecked they've protected my elbows and knees, so I dunno. The Alpinestar hinged knee ones feel too bulky to ride with, I have a brand new set, never been down cuz I won't wear them.
