Yeah, I really pushed it on that one. I was CRAZY late to work Monday and Tuesday because of that video. To bad it's too much trouble(for me anyway) making videos for a living cause clearly it's what I should be doing since I risked my fulltime job just to do a video for you guys for free. lol

Glad you guys liked it at least. I was on time today by the way....well....sort of. lol

 

I really wished more riders were a bit more camera friendly though. I could have gotten more people on camera if they would only LET me. lol Thing is, if I fall back to get more people on the ride and show how many people we had, it would be tough and slow to get back up front. Thank you to the few riders that did recognize what I was trying to do for everyone and waved me by but I found myself blocked by many riders who I was trying to film. I'm sure it's not intentional and I hope I didn't block anybody or spook anybody while I was filming. I tried my best to not get in the way of stunters and to warn people behind me if I was about to pass or something. If I missed somebody and spooked them, then I'm sorry about that.

This is why we are getting a helicopter to shoot for my movie which will be shot in NYC, Boston, CT,NJ and possibly Canada. Aint nobody gonna block a helicopter. lol Only thing is the helicopter can't always keep up. lol

 

LOL. Yea everytime I take him out riding with me, every body think he a oil carzy for the way he ride. But what they don't realize at the moment is that he's bobbing and weaving so he can get good vid shots.
Anyway, the vid posted was put together fast. The other one is going to take some time cause there's a lot of footage that we took on Sunday

 

Oh and by the way I loved it when you popped it up on the vic in times square for hollywoods ride . That was def a head turner. Thank god I was riding next to you or else I would never have seen that speacialy wit like 200- 300 bikes on that ride. You could get lost in there LOL

 

Make sure you post up when your doing that filming. I will try to make it to everywhere but Canada. ps I am the dude on the black 636 doing the seat standers in your ace run clip.

Sorry for cutting of your wheelie. You had it up long. I was rushing and trying to keep time to 01:50:00 but ran out of places to put all the clips I wanted to, so I think I cut between you and other things in the end. Still got you pretty long though. Then I had nowhere left to put the chopper so I put it in that stupid ball that bounces around and on top of you with the chopper in it. lol. Not my best work there. I was rushing and that is the best I could come up with at 1AM. I was thinking to maybe do a wheelie teaser and just show a really long wheelie. Also a fast cut that gets the most riders in the video in a short amount of time.

I did'nt see ANY crashes though. Who crashed? Did anybody crash?

oh yes they can, that heli you seen me in was going back and forth and there was a mile stretch of bikes, we went back and forth a few times before they got off 140.. THE HELI IS THE WAY TO GO. oh did i mention that was the best time filming from the air. cant wait to do it again.

 

Drifter Joe's gf Lau has a ton of pics on Myspace. Greg you're in a lot of them so make sure you friend her and steal them. 518 guys in them obv and joe sick nick and j-rad and the usual lamies of gay stretched bikes hahaha why dont those guys just buy cruisers??

Nah...the remote control heli tops out at 75MPH and at top speed is not going to be too smooth. The real helicoptors I looked at top out at like 140MPH. Some guys do 189MPH+. For a ride like the ACE run they do great but they are less nessasary. You can get simular shots shooting from a bridge or overpass or even out the back of a truck with a long boom atatched. The real value of a heli for me is being able to keep up while the onlything else that can keep up has too much vibration(bikes).

guess it depends on what you are shooting and what your goals are.

 

Take a look at the movie teaser. It's mostly photos I took but it shows the cinematic style that I'm going for and also the high quality that is possible. If you like it at all you will love the results because I did 100% of the work you see. For the real deal I'm hiring professionals. I'm a pro, but I'm a visualfxpro. I'm no director, or editor or sound designer. I will hire those people and le them do thier thing and I do my thing.
