I am thinking of starting a new buisness called Stunt Taxi. Here's the deal I will have a big bus kinda like a party bus with couches t.v.'s video games , mini fridges the whole works. So when ever any kind of stunt event/comp comes up I will sell tickets for a ride to the event.Each event I will be able to take 6 to 8 riderz with one bike each and all your gear. Each trip will vary in price but the price will be cheaper then u driving your self and all you would have to do is load your bike up and sit back and enjoy your trip with other riderz.I am still trying to work out all the details but i would like to get some feedback from everyone. And to be up front if I do this it will be a buisness so I will be making a profit or it would not be worht it to me . I am not looking to get rich off of this I am really trying to make it CHEAPER AND MORE CONVIEANT for riderz to get to every event. Sorry for not spell checking or anythin but i am typing this while i drive

bang Bus! woot woot! Sounds like a good time to me... heck it would be better than me drinking behind the wheel! Plus a great time to meet other riders! And if its cheaper than traveling ... i am in...

The only problem you have.. is most people travel together and share the expense..but there may be some lone riders

If it all works out like the vision in my head I will try to keep the price pretty close to what it would be if you travled with 2 or 3 people and split cost. Something else i am trying to work out is a way that everyone who who takes the taxi will have a place to sleep to cut down on hotel cost as well but not sure what to do about shower

 

is this for people around where you live, cuz if someone wanted a ride from the west coast to say indy, then you would probably lose money

 

still not 100% on how i will figure out how far I will go but yes It will not drive all the way to the west coast to come back to indy. I am thinking at first i will be able to take anyone with in a 100 miles of the route to the event. For an example the starting location will always be florida for now and say we go to XDL indy I will post up in advance the planed routeand if you are with in 100 miles and need a ride then it would be for and lucky for u atl boyz i have to pretty much drive threw atlanta to go any where. The hundred mile radius is for single riders only if there in 4 or 5 riders in one town then im sure i will be ablt to figure it out. And these are great questions I know I haven't thought of everything so hopefully after this thread I will be more prepared and have more knowledge

 

its a cool idea and sound like a fun, but what are you gonna just be bouncing around the country? i dont know if u would reallly make any money i mean i have tryed starting a business before, man there are so many unforsecne expences that i just never considered. stuff just pop up, i was making marketing glass pipes around western new york. head shops were constently low balling my prices, gas money, stuff getin stolen, and broken... i could go on and on. starting a business is hard. but if u were just planing on helping ppl out and didnt mind the more then likely lose.. thats cool

 

its definitely something i would give a shot so i could drink on the road legally and shoot **** with new people and other riders

I forgot to metion the bus will be fully equiped with a FULL set of tools air compresser and zip ties to cover all your needs while on a trip

 

It should also have a flip down back door for when we just want to roll our bikes out the back and rock some whoolies... and then ride it back in... Like on knight rider...

I could help you with the shower hookup... it wouldnt be that hard.... just cost a bit... like on an RV you would need a fresh water tank and a waste water tank.. a water pump.. and a heater...

Plus it would be cool if we put rails around the top for sun bathing while cruising down the road! I f nothing else it would be a bad *** stunt RV for when we feel like rollin places! I would live in something like that...

Plus in your downtime...you could always make money off of Uship.com if you just want to transport stuff for cash!

 

I like the way u think! sounds like a good idea to me and def. something the riders here on fl would use!
