martino down... all kawi owners read this
just got released from 5 days in the hosp.. 8 broken ribs and a broken shoulderblade.
we were rippin long standups down a busy highway, i was top of third so 50-55mph.. andi set my wheelie down real gentle, like youd be kissin your sister, and instantly the front wheel locks up and im cartwheeling down the road in shorts and a t shirt.
its been posted before but that goddamn front brake hose that connects one wheel tothe other managed to sneak under the front fender and lock up the tire at that speed.
DONT RUN THESE ******* BIKES WITHOUT FRONT FENDERS. even if u do ziptie it in place because itll find a way under there.
that is all. back to beer and vicodin for me

damn,
and lesson 2:
we left before the ambulance/police came and the cops thought some shady **** was happening and they used K9 to search the woods and the statepolice's chopper to search the woods they thought i ran through (it makes no sense to anyone dont worry), since i left the 636 at the scene they hit me witha 940$ tow with every charge imaginable.
i shoulda left someone with my bike to tellthe cops 'hey ill come get this thing tonight dont tow it"

So you've already read the countless threads on the dangers of not running a front fender yet you continued to do so? I'm not sure how a properly mounted line would "sneek" under the fender. Thanks for testing the theory out again just to make sure everyone was right. I'll take your word for it.
