Well, I can tell you for sure that Florida is an equally mixed bag. you can ride all year, it's 1/2 most expensive 1/2 cheapest state, 99% of the cops are ******* terrible, lots of girls, jobs, money, beaches, stunters, schools, etc. but it's either hot as **** or pouring rain.
all in all, Florida's like a fucked up relationship. you absolutely hate her and love her sorry *** at the same time.....and you keep coming back!

i hear ya. must find state that is perrrrfect.
i don't want to mess with cops or get my bike impounded. i lived in VA...and its "aiiiite". it still gets some snow. we northerners know snow is weak sauce. truth is, i'm done with shoveling; i only plow endos from now on!!!
No more north face jackets, space heaters, bakalvas, and double gloving it...if NC gets snow, screw that, ill go to SC. FL, TX and GA are way too hot in the summer. Screw ATL traffic, shawty. so uh...what's in between NC and GA...SC right?

dead "cold" of winter and people are rocking t-shirts and the 12 inches that fell the night before was melted by the morning.
My bike's never been impounded, damn what kinda state do you live in? haha.

eastern nc = no snow
hurricanes are worst in the south than they are in the north but you have your occassional snafu.
all in all each place will have something you hate just need to decide what your willing to deal with the most.

We actually don't have bad roads here.... you should come experince our twisties, rivers, and the night life.

I tell you one thing I love about the place I love... do you guys have anything like this? (serious) cause I've only grown up here but I moved away to realize how much I missed stuff like this. Parties out at Fairview Beach..... it's a sand bar that goes out forever they built a resteraunt and bar as well as outside tiki bar on the dock then all around it you dock your boat, or tie up with your buddies and they have a pontoon boat that comes and gets everyone from their boats. getting drunk on the river on a warm sunny day is the best. period.

Richmond, DC, Downtown Arlington, Baltimore, Fredericksburg, even driving to VA Beach for a weekend is a like a damn vacation crazy different and what like an hour on the bike. etc all have pretty poppin night scenes.... we got bar pong here, it's been a huge hit so far.

anybody have any sites besides craigslist to guage the job market and housing prices for different areas? im looking to got outta VA since its so expensive but according to cl the prices for apts dont seem much cheaper anywhere whether FL,TX, SC, MD and so on. ive got family in FL but have been told to not even bring my stuff yet cuz the job market sucks there. any sites would be appreciated.
