Texas is kick *** and there are plenty of places for rent im sure! Make sure you come to North texas though its way better then huston ... i hate huston lol thats just me though i guess

 

its ****** hot here and the traffic sucks, but everywhere has a downside

you got south dallas, lower greenville, addison, denton, arlington, ft. worth. tons of option's for the liquor industry. What type of area you look'n to live in and I'll try to help ya out and let ya know the pricing

 

I live in a town called krum just west of denton... its 10 mins to denton for me and about 45 to dallas and about 30 to fortworth i can ride with almost anyone with less then 1 hr trip its bad *** plenty of places to find work and i have a 3 bed room house 2 bath big back yard and a garage and its a fairly new house thats really nice for around 800 a month with utilitys to give you an idea of rent (I got it really cheap so its a little lower then normal but...)

 

Dude... the southwest! dessert country = no cops + wide open. Plus it practically never rains (and sometimes when it does the ground never gets wet... sounds crazy but its true) and its always ridin weather. And the heat is dry so as soon as you go 5mph you're good to go. Make it happen. And who sells their sh*t before even havin a plan?

prop 215 is the best thing to happen to cali. i wish i was back there just for that, but in az i ride and chill with some of the best riders in the world. we lost most of our spots though and its hot as **** right now. damn i love me some cali hydro

 

Cali is awesome! move to central cali, hour south of sacramento, hour east of the bay, hour away from the snow, and in manteca area its hella cheap.. girls are smokin in cali, weather for riding is year around.... there is no winter, there is a few days of rain then u can ride!!!

Texas for sure bro. I lived most my life in Connecticut and its awesome down here man. They're 1000% correct about traffic laws down here. I was on the brink of losing my license for a loooong time in Virginia and my insurance was off the charts. When I moved here, Texas wiped everything off of my record when I traded my license in. Been here over 2 years and not a single ticket.

Oh yea and you get a whole SHITLOAD more house for your money down here. I was in a 1200 sq ft shed in virginia beach, sold that and stepped up to a 2200 sq ft castle with a saltwater pool in a mom and dad neighborhood for 25,000 dollars LESS than what I sold my house for in VA.

My commute to work is 23 minutes.

Stay away from SOUTH Dallas if you move here. Anything North of 635 is good. Further North Dallas you go, the more house you will get for the money and they're actively developing all over up here in Allen/Mckinney. Everything is New.

 

i heard on the radio that big cities are giving homeless familys a free oneway ticket to a city of their choice to cut the homeless population.

Oh plus if you care...Dallas/Ft.Worth is turning into the new place to be for production agencies bc of taxes ect. More of that means more richie hot females :P I dont know but I've been all over the world and always miss my TX girls. Hell pick up one of those Law School girls out of SMU.

 

Dallas is one of the highest crime in Texas from what i heard if im not mistaken.

Florida is ok ..only good for stunt scene and vacation...but the house price is kinda cheap however I noticed the price went up now also the job wage pay low not too much like here.
