legit stunt spots

I know a lot of you on here have secure stunt spots and I'm curious what you had to go through to get permission to use there lots? In my area there are a few spots we found but after an hour or so the cops roll up and boot us out, any one get fines for being at any spots??? Just curious!

Come at 'em from a sponsorship angle.....seems to work best. Tell 'em you'll rep them by either putting stickers on your bike or wearing t-shirts when you do shows for their generousity of letting you use their lot.

Dead end coldisacs in industrial areas can be good. We rock one, and have the local PD on our side(at the moment). They do tell us if we get caught on the "real roads", its over, though. Nice for the time being.

thats where i'm at in this stage of the game, the cops come and just tell us to leave, don't really give us a hard time as of now.

+1 sometimes the company is cool with it, but they simply cant because of insurance.....and those waivers dont hold up in court and they know it .....so id just try a secluded spot (shipping/recieving) yard and just ride......sometimes the owner will roll by and not care (what happened to me), this way they can say they never gave permission and arent liable...but if you go with a waiver they wont because of liability
