Fifty. I really liked mine after an 82bb, totally worth the extra $200.

Re: Fifty or quad?

Both will help you learn brake control, but the 50 is better (IMO) because you learn side to side too.

+1 Side to side plus bp. Plus 50's are fun just to play on. I would take the fiddy over the quad.

Re: Fifty or quad?

its personal choice. you dont learn side to side on the four wheeler and you dont learn to clutch on fiddy. get both and be the envy of everyone...another good thing about the fiddy is you can ride it damn near anywhere.

+1 they both got there positives and negatives

a good thing about a quad is that its heavy and if you can keep your front 2 back good you should have no problem with a bike and yea the fiiddy's good 4 side 2 side ... or any dirtbike for that matter

is the 88cc kit really that much better than stock for stuning around on????

i've been debating on buying the 88cc........ but i'm not sure its worth it, since i dont ride it that much anymore.
after a supermoto and 636 stunters the fiddy sits a lot more than it used to.
anyone try the 125cc with the clutch on the fiiddy?

Re: Fifty or quad?

stunting a stock 50 is more challenging because you rely all on balance to stay at BP... if you drop below, theres almost no chance your gona get it to come back up... 88 kit gives you a better chance to throttle it back to bp if it gets low

Re: Fifty or quad?

Never ever under any circumstances stunt a quad of any sort!
It is the absolute gayest thing you can possibly ever do!
There is no worse display and acknowledgement of homosexuality than stunting a quad!

Re: Fifty or quad?

the 88 kit on the 50 makes a big diff and a 125motor wit a clutch is hard to control. all wants to do is come up..

Re: Fifty or quad?

theyre both worthless for transfering to a big bike. ive said it a million times. for the same price you can buy a 50 for you can get a decent 125cc dirtbike. ttr125 crf 100/150 drz125 etc.... they provide u with a clutch so u can get used to clutching as well as a bit more height and weight and more appropriate balance point to transfer to a big bike. 50s do nothing but teach you **** throttle control habits and no other skills.
