hmm, what if you purchased an indurstrial price of property, factory or whatever that had an old building on it. Usually the floors in the building have smooth concrete foundations. I wonder how much it would cost to demo and level off the building so your only left with the foundation vs. starting with raw land?

 

why knock down the building ? ride rain or shine with a roof over your head

then you could build a small skate park in there, charge some money, open your clientelle base a little bit. just have a large enough area to stunt in, also flatland riders could use the open area if you get some BMXers into the park.
