F4i clutch repair challenge

OK F4i gurus figure this out.

I bought this bike at auction cheap. I know nothing about the history, but the clutch wont release.

I pulled the plates out, there fine. I identified the problem as the clutch center(1) wont spin inside the clutch hub(2), even with all the plates out!

When i torque the clutch center into the hub it locks in! The bearing in the clutch hub is ok spins freely.

Pic is from an RR but this is what it looks like.

What is going on here? do I need a new clutch hub? the washer is in place behind the clutch center.

LOL

I cant quite remember but I think the oil or water pump is chain driven off the same shaft, it might be seized up and not allowing the clutch to spin.

got it. there is a sprocket that the oil pump is driven from. it was seized onto the small shaft that the clutch hub rides on.
