i'm running the renthal on my 636 (running DB)

and on my R6 i'm running driven skullys (i'm running clips not DB)

 

I use stock F4i on my 05-06 636.. The 636 grips are good too. Most after market soft grips eventually turn gooey and disintegrate.

 

i love the Renthal soft full Diamond but i got a set of mediums like 2 years ago and there still perfect..... Renthal 4 life

i like how the progrips feel but i think i might have to try out those renthals judging by what im hearing

Renthal softs They dont last long, but mediums chew up my hands compared to soft...So its either wearing out grips or my gloves and hands. Soft it is

 

I havn't tried the soft but the palm of my left hand is sooooooo callused. I might try them if they are easier on the hands

Not like they are pricey

 

Trust me man some of my buddies had mediums, and asked why I use softs cause they wear out faster, and no shops around here carry the soft only the med....After trying the soft they got it! Way easier on the calluses. Hards are like sand paper to the hands...!

I usually wear though the throttle side first, where my palm is between my thumb and pointer finger...The good thing is they are soo tacky that even when you wear the diamond pattern down smooth, they are still crazy grippy...The only bother me when they rip or wear all the way though...

I normally run Renthal soft dirt grips, but they are soooo tacky that when I move my throttle hand, sometimes my glove will get enough traction on the grips to actuate the throttle.......scares the **** outta me. Imma go with a smoother, harder compound, next.
