switched from engine ice to just regular 50/50 coolant, didnt notice any differance and saves alot of money. havent had any radiator issues using it either.

I put water wetter in last year and it didn't seem to make a difference.

I put Engine ice in my bike and it seems like it is always about 15 degrees cooler than regular Coolant... Good **** in my book

When was the last time you changed your coolant??

Changing your coolant if it was old could have given you a 15 degree drop alone


Running a low mix of antifreeze, say 25/75 could also give you a slight drop

i run about 50% coolant 50% water and i havent had any overheating issues. i rode for about 45min straight without turning the bike off or taking a break on sunday and didnt overheat. it was 96 degrees outside.

yeah i just flushed my coolant and topped my baby off with some fresh 50/50 antifreeze/h2o mix....was just wondering what people had to say about the water wetter and engine ice and if it was worth spending the $$

I change the coolant in my bike every 4 months... dont know when your supposed to but it had been changed a couple months before that with regular **** and then when I used that I got the drop in temp. Has stayed like that ever since then... the collant was not very old.

every 4 months? Either you are lieing, or you change your coolant WAAAY to often

every 2 year's is good enough, 2 years is more often then most people lol..

If you change your coolant every 4 months, I hope you also take the time to change your fork fluid, brake fluid, and of course oil often

yep, just keep fresh coolant in the bike and mine stays good all day.

I take SUPER good care of my bike. oil every 1000 miles, and brake fluid when I do the Coolant changes.
