I cant be the only one with wrist problems
I cant be the only one with wrist problems
Hey guys, im pretty new here. i dont post much, i just come on here to learn more. I do trackdays more than anything..
When i ride my left wrists starts to kill me from squeezing the clutch. i noticed this on trackdays but most of all, when i rode my boys stunt bike by using just my pointing finger to squeeze the clutch, since he has it chopped down.
If i use my other fingers it doesnt hurt as bad, but how u guys have stunt bikes setup with the hand brake its not an option
its like tendenitise or something i been told. because its only with my index finger. I know i cant be the only one with this problem, it starts to hurt so bad i cant even pull the clutch... anyone have a fix for this???

in all honesty, I had this problem about 4 years ago. I FINALLY listened to my doctor & didn't ride for 6 weeks & let it heal. Its probably just strained bad.

No, this other guy i rode with has one, it is alot easier, u think that will make a big difference, cuz when i do track days i use all four fingers on my stock setup and it still gets to me
not possible, right hand is for the mouse
thanks for the advice.
i really hope thats not the case. i will just go back to my doctor and see what he says again

just getta easy pull and use your middle finger for a while.. try to keep the strain off of your hand see if it heals up. and i was j/k about the license plate thing.

WTF i donno! lol i was just watchin out cuz i dont want even more cops comin out to our stunt spot if there really was cops on here lookin for **** to cause
Re: I cant be the only one with wrist problems
are you saying short stumpy clutch levers on ur boys' bikes give u wrist pain or riding track with stock clipons causes the pain. to me, both cause pain. no wait, riding long trips with stock clipons causes me more wrist pain than fingering a short stump lever.
if i were you, i'd flip my clipons on my 636, turn em way out, run out and get an msr ez pull and clutch arm mod that biatch. i'd also replace a potentially worn and old clutch line.
