ok.... first off any city if you leave any type of vehicle they will demolish it in acouple hours. i have a buddy in buffalo payed a crack head to take his car so he could get insurance money and the cops found it the next morning with only the welded shell and if you live near any ghetto you know this **** happens and they usually set it a fire thats my

and any thief that is smart enough and carries the right tools to remove everything they did, would have just brought a set of bolt cutters, or maybe a torch, or a saw, and cut the chain

 

if he would of had his plastics on he wouldnt of been able to put the chain like that on the frame or am i wrong?
